If you need to return or exchange any item purchased from OnlineTires.com, please notify us by calling toll free 1-877-465-8473. Anyone of our tire technicians will be glad to assist you. You will be given a Return Authorization. We will accept returns according to the return policy below. All return must be mde within 7 days of delivery date. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.

Please follow the return instructions to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

• Original strapping shoud be completely intact and in their original packaging. Straps must not be broken. (If not, please ship tires individually and DO NOT tape it together for it might break and lose the other pair and OnlineTires.com will not be responsible for missing pair).
• Tires should not be damaged, installed or used in any way.
• Each tire should be clearly labeled with your return address and OnlineTires.com address even when strapped to another tire.
• Packing slip with Return Authorization Number shoud be taped securely on tire.
