Return and exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returning of merchandise still require Return Goods Authorization number and all non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee ($15 minimum). We will issue a refund for the product when the returned merchandise meets OnlineTires.com return guidelines (please see Return Check List). The cost of shipping will be credited only if for instances where the return is a result of OnlineTires.com error. Otherwise, shipping cost will still apply. Credit will be given less all-shipping fees and restocking fees. All merchandise must be in good condition.
No return will be accepted if tires or wheels are mounted or used in any way. There will be no return or exchanges accepted on special order tires.
Credit will be issued the same way as purchased.
Cash purchases will be issued refund check.
Orders must be cancelled by PHONE ONLY. Email cancellation wll not be accepted.
